Brendan joined Kainos, a global provider of Digital Services and Digital Platforms, in 1989 just two years after it was set up and straight after finishing university.

Brendan’s role at Kainos has grown from graduate developer, to pre-sales and project management, to CEO. Since taking on the role of CEO in 2001 Brendan has grown the business to employ over 1,000 people across Ireland, the UK and internationally – with goals to double this figure in the coming years.

A believer of social outreach and adapting to business changes, Brendan has also developed an Outreach Programme at Kainos which has given career advice and help to 4,000 secondary school children.
