Ardlinn have been retained by a California based tech startup to recruit a Sales Director/Site Lead for their new Dublin operation.

The Dublin Sales Director/Site Lead will play a key role in setting up the new site in Ireland and will be responsible for leading recruitment activities, facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring a seamless transition of activities into the team. He/she will also be responsible for overseeing the London operation.
